IIRF has published audit statement on the Open Doors World Watch List 2026

This audit is part of IIRF’s mission to support research on religious freedom worldwide.

The public statement certifies the quality of the work conducted by the World Watch Research team. Beyond this public certification, IIRF also connects internally with the World Watch Research team, providing advice and recommendations to support their ongoing efforts to continually improve their methodology and analysis.

The 2026 audit marks the twelfth conse­cutive year that IIRF has independently assessed the World Watch List, exami­ning both methodological rigor and the accuracy of findings across selected countries from the Top 50.
